Happy to know that it is detoxing my body of toxic metals and one of the unexpected benefits has been the quality of sleep I have been getting. I usually take an hour or longer to fall asleep and usually sleep 7 hours or less and always feel tired in the morning. After taking this product for a few days I am falling asleep within 5 min and sleep a solid 8 to 10 hours waking refreshed and energized. I have not changed anything else in my diet. I will make this part of my daily routine and have recommended to family members.

Not long enough to tell if it is making a difference. has only been a couple of weeks. Taste fine, easy to use. I just have to remember to use it. I can remember once or twice a day.
