I worked with a sales rep, as I had many questions about this unit. She was thorough, knowledgeable and expedient. Her name is Beth. She was much more helpful and knowledgeable than any other company's customer service rep with whom I've worked! We did look at other online suppliers, as well as, all of our regular local suppliers and your price was the best price! Beth was so helpful, I would have gone with The Furnace Outlet, even if you weren't the lowest price! I am eager to explore your website more.
