My initial experience ordering was great - it was easy and efficient. My problems came with the follow up - no communication on ETA and I had to call The Flower Factory direct for info. Once the flowers arrived, I was pretty disappointed. They did not resemble the picture at all. Vase was completely different, no eucalyptus to be found, protea were pretty much buried by roses. In the end, it was nice to have something in the house for Mothers Day, but I don't think I'll ever order flowers from this company again.

I like shopping with this flower shop. Easy online process; easy to choose items. Always beautiful flowers and prompt delivery. Delivery as a gift was timely. Flowers/Vase as shown; fresh flowers. Always surprised at delivery price thinking it's included in the list price. My misunderstanding. Hope to remember for next time.

The product that was ordered is not what was delivered because you did not have the vase vase and do and it was delivered in a plain vase. The whole reason I ordered from your company was because of the style of the vase that was offered.
