I found a small birthday bouquet for one of our seniors - no family around to celebrate her 90th birthday with her, and I know she'll love the arrangement.
One week later, my lady said the flowers are as fresh and colorful as when they were delivered! She just loved them. I only contacted Flower Factory on the day of delivery to make sure the flowers had been delivered. I hadn't gotten the notification that they had been ... but one of the men at Flower Factory told me to check my spam or trash, and yes, there it was in the spam filter :)
