Easy to install, my dog took to it quickly. Wish there was flexibility to adjust the front platform. Hank is a small dog and wants to lie down, but the platform doesn’t allow that comfortably. We are going to fashion a foam insert for support, but wish the product would allow us to make adjustments. Also, want to mention that it’s quite stable to ride with a small dog (ours is 12 lbs). Trickiest bit is stopping and starting if you can’t touch the ground while perched on your seat!

Missing hardware, should have purchased new, but they are sending replacement hardware for free. The product itself is fantastic, my dog was super comfy sitting in it for testing. It is really well designed for the way in which a dog sits. She wanted to stay in there and nap, had to pull her out. For reference she is a 21 pound micro mini goldendoodle.

I loved the buddyrider from the minute I put it on my bike. My pup, a Coton de Tulear also loved it! She quietly enjoyed the ride and was secure between my arms. Unfortunately, I will have to return the buddyrider because I am not tall enough to safely mount and dismount my bike without having my feet planted on the ground. Both my dog and I are greatly disappointed, but not in the Buddyrider. I am sure if I was taller this would have gotten miles of use. I am 5’4 and ride a small frame MB.

My husband and I took advantage of one of your open box deals and are quite happy with the product. We haven't yet mounted it on the bike but are confident in the quality of the seat for our mini schnauzer puppy.

A very slim and trim carrier. Very high-quality materials and manufacture. Beautiful welds on hardware. It would be nice to have an option of hardware for a rear rack installation.

I am glad that Baxter is well contained, safe and seated in front of me. Make sure you look at the guidelines for fitting your bicycle. It doesn't fit on every bike. It works for ours and we love it!

The buddyrider came in perfect condition with easy to use directions and the product itself was very easy to put together. I own a Cannondale women's large frame hybrid bike but even after measuring from website specifications, it was just about an inch too long. My husband, who's handy, was able to cut down the bar and retrofit it on my bike perfectly! That was NOT in the instructions or on the website, but he did it and my dog and I love it!

I have a 13lbs cavalier and she didn't like to stay in the basket I had it for her. Decided to give it a try on this and she loves it. She likes to chase things and bark at other dogs, but this chair makes her stay in place. Also it doesn't not change the stability of the bike. Felt safer than the basket in front of the bike.
