The tags I ordered arrived just as described and arrived pretty quickly. I also had to contact customer service to try and fix a mistake that I made and they were prompt and totally took care of me. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

The tag itself is fine but when it’s on the collar it pushes the collar up. It sort of flattens the collar so it doesn’t lay right. Very disappointed.
