It was discontinued even though I was allowed to purchase it. I was refunded but then was forced to pay shipping on the remainder of my order. They offered me an alternative that did not meet my criteria.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order to qualify for free shipping and the patio curtain was discontinued. I did receive a refund but then was forced to pay for shipping for the rest of the order. I asked for that money back but was told they offered me a perfectly acceptable alternative. The alternative was not the right color that I wanted. Very rude customer service.
