Do you know how hard it is to find a loveseat or couch with (1) power (2) recliners, (3) usb and (4) outlet as well as (5) storage that is (6) NOT leather (cats)??? I was so happy to find this loveseat and even happier when I received it. Works perfectly and even has an extra drawer I didn't know about (one of my cats found it!) at the base between the seats. Materials are as described (and it is a nice soft material). Cushions are just firm enough to support and squishy enough to Very pleased with this incredible value!

Overall I like this set. The rattan is lighter, more gray in tone than I thought. I was hoping for a darker brown. So far seems to be good quality.

The furniture was and is absolutley beautiful and in perfect condition when we received it. I purchased the bed and chest for a room that we rent to college students. We wanted something nice but not too expensive and this fit the bill. The only complaint I have is that delivery seemed to take too long. But when it finally arrived i am very happy with it. By providing beautiful furniture like this, the value of our rental room has gone up. A very good buy!

Could only check out at certain times, had to wait a day and a half at a specific time to be able to click the checkout and place my order... that is a very strange system. But if the furniture is good quality it will make up for the difficulty in placing the order. I also thought the delivery took longer than most things I have ordered online.

I compared the price of the chaise to other online and actual furniture stores and this was by far the best price. However the chaise came damaged which was discovered after unpacking it. The Classy Home immediately offered to make it right and I was happy.

Great couch! Delivery was not so great. The left it in the plastic and I even had to find a special tool to unscrew a board from under the couch.

Again, great couch! No issues with the quality. I've never had a power recliner and it was so easy to set up. The only issue was the delivery (please see previous note).

Product arrived damaged. Several piece were chipped or even crush/splintered. Very disappointed. Having paid for "white glove" delivery service and the promise that they would inspect each piece, I assumed each piece would arrive already in great condition. However, a few of the piece were left wrapped - they were damaged. Others were damaged and they just overlooked them. The delivery drivers also couldn't understand when I was speaking to them regarding the delivery. Also basically no English. That doesn't bother me, as I speak some Spanish. It was unhelpful though. Won't purchase from the classy home again.
