The people they have deliver the furniture is terrible. They were gonna deliver my almost 2,000 dollar furniture to the curb. I had to upgrade my service to 'white glove' which they would deliver it into my home in the room of desired down a flight of stairs for 125 dollars.I ordered from classy home on 05/02/22. The first communication I received about scheduling a delivery was 05/22/22 where in the email it stated my shipment arrived in the local delivery terminal. They would be in contact with me in about 5 days to schedule a delivery date and time window. It also goes further to say they would contact me at least 1 day in advance of delivery date . More than 5 days go by so i decide to give them a call it's now 06/03/22. I looked up a phone number on the AM Trucking website to find a contact number .Which i was told they were still looking to schedule me a date and will send details soon. Later on that day maybe not too long from the call they send me delivery date information. I was to be expecting delivery on 06/07/22 with a time window of 1:30pm-5:30pm .They didn't even deliver on the day they said they would , I had got a call at 10am asking if they could deliver early but I wasn't home. The lady i spoke to asked how early I could be home I told her 12pm . I didn't expect the delivery until 1:30pm-5:30pm later on that day but they didn't come at either times. I was home by 12pm. I then called again the day after delivery date telling them they missed delivery and I hadn't received my shipment. Which AM TRUCKING proceeded saying they would provide me with a new delivery date which I then informed them I would be leaving for the weekend so they delivered the morning I was supposed to leave out of town which was now 06/10/22. I'm just overall very dissatisfied with the delivery option that Classy Home provides and heavily suggest that you think of getting new delivery business partner.
