The sofa arrived unassembled. The wood is poorly done, some pieces broken and glued back together. I found a hole in the fabric where two pieces of fabric come together, as if not completely stitched. And the armrest was broken when it arrived. Beautiful purple fabric

We received our sofa way beyond what I would consider a reasonable amount of time even with the pandemic causing so many delay’s. Upon delivery and unpacking the piece we were extremely disappointed and upset, the sofa quality is so terrible. There is next to no padding/stuffing within the entire sofa, the seat cushions are quite stiff and over stuffed and the material stitching was already gone separating at the seems (we refuse to sit on it as not to damage it further). The back inner frame is weak and twists oddly when we picked it up to move it to its space in our living room. The “hand carved wood” accents were not fully attached and upon looking more in depth at them were only attach by thin “nails” that looked more like push pins. The non attached pillow for the back seem to be the only thing about the sofa that are made well, although not all the same size- The color and style of the sofa was as stated on the website. The sofa over all is not comfortable or a sofa I would recommend for daily use what so ever. I also would strongly discourage anyone from wasting their money on this sofa.

Very upset with the lack of care provided by The Classy Home company, the shipping took way longer than the estimated 2 week (after it finally shipped 3 weeks after purchase) delivery window- in fact it was another 3 weeks.. There was absolutely NO communication per delays or otherwise from any of the affiliates involved with shipping. The sofa was what can only be described as something you might buy from Walmart or another lesser quality store. I emailed The Classy Home customer service (I've tried to call over 6 times always getting an answering service that doesn't allow you to actually leave a message for a return call) and stated how dissatisfied we are and wanting to return the sofa but received a generic email back saying it will cost us quite a bit to ship back (on our own) and that there is a 25% restocking fee. I understand the policy as I read it entirely HOWEVER receiving a sofa of such poor construction and quality should be a return for customer satisfaction on their end. Very very upset.
