We waited the full 8 weeks for delivery, but I did receive updates on the status of our bed when asked. The assembly was quicker than expected with 2 adults it took 3 hours. Overall, we are very happy with it. Just 2 minor defects on the desk. Hopefully we can get some touch up paint for that. Seems very sturdy.

Has held up to my acrobatic hooligans well - they love it - Was easy to put together - just do to the length having two people helps, but can be done with one - Recommend getting an electric drill with a hex bit - it will save your hands. But the tool they send was very ergonomic- loved it and saved it.

This product is well made and sturdy. The assembly was straight forward and easily accomplished by two people after we sorted all the pieces. We unpacked the boxes and moved the pieces separately due to weight. One box was damaged in shipping and the company was very responsive and quickly replaced the damaged parts at no cost to us. Overall a great experience. Can’t wait for the grandkids!

The entire buying experience worked great. Product is as described, delivery came on the day as requested, the kit was easy to assemble, and product is outstanding. The only issue was 2 of the 5 boxes were slightly open. This allowed 2 of the side rail boards to slip down through the shipping pallet. they were able to touch the ground. They only were dirty without any damage.
