The shopping experience on the website has been smooth. One caveat is to watch out for unintended additional items which are spontaneously added to the shopping cart...reason for the 4-star rating. Now we await the product delivery before rating the shipping, white glove delivery process, and the product condition. I ordered the Samsung tv on Jan. 6 but it did not arrive until today, Jan 24. The delivery service was very polite, professional, and efficient. The product function/condition was tested by brief power-up, as described. Now I await the mounting on the wall rack of the tv so that I can connect it to my wi-fi system and actually watch tv programs to truly assess the product and its quality.
