I took a star away for the horrid captcha experience I had to endure for login and password reset. It’s absolutely ridiculous and has no purpose other than to frustrate people.

4Seating did a bait-and-switch with me when they couldn’t live up to the timeline to which they committed. They also failed to communicate after the sale. A friend recommended Octane seating. You guys seem to have the best selection. Just, please get rid of Captcha. There are so many better security mechanisms now.
