I've only used it for a trial/test run and it worked fine. I just wish the instruction poster was a little more detailed. Maybe include a section similar to the actual test kit that shows how to read the results for each of the drugs, also that includes the alcohol chart instead of having the alcohol reference card separate. I also didn't see anything about the safety/security label/tag on how to use it.

Have concerns about Customs holding the package and the extra "duty" and handling costs I had to pay at FedEx Airport West Customs area. In the past I didn't pay any additional costs when I personally went to pick up my small order of 25 cups. I could go straight to the front office and pick my package without paying anything additional.
