Hello - I am having MANY of these come back with incomplete results. The saliva indicator was complete but 2 or more sections come back completely blank, with no indicator at all, like the test samples did not get routed to them. this is true for about 25% of these tests. rather expensive test for that many not to work. Please advise.

Our student athletes undergo random drug tests. It has been done for a while now and I think everyone agrees that it is a good idea. This is one of the tests that we use. We also use the single-drug kits for follow-up testing.

We use the saliva drug test for on-site pre-screening. Only those who test positive on the pre-screening will be sent for confirmatory drug tests. The company saves time and a lot of money using this strategy.
