It's been one day since I received my unit, the Omega wireless, which I charged and used immediately. I found it helpful for the musculoskeletal/sciatic pain I was experiencing. The butterfly pads and the wireless application made it easier for me to move around. The receiver on the pads worked well, however did not have great longevity. A 2nd receiver would work wonders with this product so 2 areas could be worked on at once.
As an athletic trainer and a PCU RN, I love using TENS units to promote healing and decrease pain without the use of narcotics. I did procure and use a TENS unit during my first pregnancy and delivery. Sufficient to say, there needs to be more research in this area to find the optimal placement of pads for pain control and cervical opening.

I chose this TENS product due to its wireless capacity. I was hoping that this model and company would have a good reputation, produce a good product. I purchased another model online from another company and was not as satisfied. I owned one of the original TENS units and used it many times over for pain control in my shoulders, back, after a hip replacement as well as on my athletic children and their injuries.

Purchase from tensunits.com if you want low prices, quick shipping, and a great return policy. Most places will not even allow you to return a TENS unit if things aren't quite right.

My contact by email to Customer Service was praise for how much I appreciate both the products and the service. My husband now has an EMS unit, and I have both the TENS and EMS units. My pain levels have been reduced and I do not have to take quite so many pain pills.

I love your products and the quick fulfillment of this order, which enabled me to address my pain earlier than I thought.
I have several suggestions:
1. The promotion of a free set of pads in return for an email address is not clear. I did not realize that you had to manually add the pads to the order before applying the code and not have it rejected.
2. More information in the manual on how to decide on settings and pad placement for EMS would be helpful.
3. There is a discrepancy in your advertising. On your website it touts a 5-year warranty. In the manual, it says 1-year.
