Hello,
I just got my Advanced Stim Force with Interferential yesterday (Thursday, February 17, 2022).
I read the instructions, installed the 9v battery. I proceeded to place the pads and operate the unit as directed in the instructions and NOTHING! The unit is defective and does not work!
Now I have to pack it up and return it for a factory new unit that works!
I do own other Tens units and know how they work, this isn't the first time I have used one.

I am currently going to physical therapy after a cervical fusion surgery. They introduced me to a TENS/MNES unit, which I have been using for several weeks. As my PT is coming to an end, I wanted to continue the electrical therapy and began looking in the market for a similar unit. I decided to try the Omega unit with some apprehension because it was considerably less expensive than the unit I was using. After speaking with a representative, who assured me it would do what I wanted, I made the purchase. I received the unit a few days ago, read through the installation/operation manual, charged the battery, and tried the unit for the first time using a preset program. To may satisfaction the unit exceeded my anticipation. I still have to experiment with the multitude of different programming settings, but I am very happy with the unit.
