I haven't figured out the unit in its entirety yet but it does deliver what it is built to deliver. It is conveniently lightweight and pocketable which is nice and useful and it will work for me. I had a belt clip for my other one which I kinda like better but not anything to complain about for sure. I like the electrode storage cord wrap as well. Just like a set of headphones you wrap them up when not in use until the next time they are needed, just wish it came with 2 so that if you use both sides A and B then you can store them both that way but again nothing to really complain about. It definitely is not like my old Empi tens unit that's for sure. Right now it is like getting a new sleep number bed and not knowing exactly what your number is lol. I understand the leveling of the modes (1-4) being the intensity of the electrical current delivered between the two electrodes and that your pain should be between the two. You can also attack to different pain issues simply by using side A for 1 and B for the other. I guess I did not understand that the tens unit also being an EMS didn't mean that you had to flick a switch to get one or the other so I don't quite understand how to make one differ from the other.....Also, there is an insert that comes in the package that covers acupuncture points which I have no clue how to use or what to do with it or what settings the unit needs to be on for each one...All in all it is a great product and the price is good so it is a great deal I have come across. Thank you Tensunit staff for all your help and guidance.

I got it for my dog who had lost strength in his legs. I've used it on him 2x day for 3 days. Not sure if improved. But I used it on my arthritis in my hand and pain went away.

It's difficult to know whether or not your product is effective in this short period of time. But the same is true for any infra red light product no matter how much one would spend on it.

The product itself seems to be your standard ultrasound gel. The packaging for shipping could have been better as there was no protective seal around the top. I had some gel leak out of the bottle from the top coming unscrewed.

First application was great, nice and sticky. Second application the electrodes we're peeling up and wouldn't stick. Also, these are hypoallergenic and after I took them off my leg was so itchy that I couldn't even fall asleep. I do not recommend these at all!
