They work well. They stick well. I have moved them to different locations, (just changing the position of them on my back), and had no issue with them sticking.

I had not tried the tan colored pads so I decided to see if they were same, better or worse than the other ones. As for the lead wires I purchased, they are the wrong ones for my unit. That was my error so I did not rate them.
