I called customer service but couldn't talk to anyone because they were all in a meeting. The person answering the phone didn't know what the unit was! However, the company did send a replacement unit but did not tell me that. I have not received it yet, so I don't know if it works. I appreciated the coming replacement, but it would have been nice to be told that one had been sent, so I could expect it.

The user interface can be a challenge, so definitely read the user manual and be ready to access the website. Also, you should purchase at least a few pairs of 2x4 pads as this unit is significantly more powerful than regular tens devices
