Entering "orders" for reports was easy to use. Easy to navigate.
Had a tiny bit of hiccup when retrieving reports. I had three applicants who were going to share the unit. I got three lines on my returns but when I opened them, the link took me to tenant #1.
As I was getting ready to talk to the customer service agent I found the tabs at the top of the screen I was looking at. THOSE allowed me to look at the three tenants. Not clicking on the names in my reports received list.
Now that I know... Not a big deal.

No serious problem.
There is one bothersome issue:
The decision was "Approved", because the TenantSelect Rating 100
However, there is not enough credit information, which makes the FiCO score to zero.
So, I believe it should be "Declined".
If the prospective tenant see the report, it may potentially triggers an argument with the landlord.
