I felt that everything was great with the minor exception that it could have been packaged better, as much of the thin foam was cracked or crushed during shipping and the price could have been better. I also noticed a fair amount of fine dust within the case, especially in the fans but not enough for me to say it was a bad purchase. So far, everything is up and going fine and I'm pleased with the purchase.

I was looking for refurbished equipment for personal use. I had a budget I had in mind also. I was able to find a pc that met my technical requirements and fit my budget, but also gave me some room for growth. I bought a T3610. I ordered on 10/31 and got the unit on on Saturday 11/6. I hooked the pc up and it came right up with no issue. I did have to monkey around with the the video input and discovered that I only needed the display port connected for my one 32" monitor. Once I removed the DVI connection video went to what it should. The pc I ordered came as I ordered it and worked with no issues. Now I just need to move data from the old drives to the new. My wife is using a 12 year old unit and I need to replace the power supply on her unit. After I do that, I will eventually purchase another unit like what I bought for her. Very pleased with my purchase from TekBoost. By the way, other than a brief chat session, I had no contact with TekBoost other than the emails they sent on my order and the text messages I signed up to get for tracking the shipment.
