I explained several times that even the small tray was too big for my mouth. So they sent me a medium tray. I was unable to fit the small tray all the way into my mouth. Needless to say the medium tray would not go into my mouth at all. I'm a very small person. Most dentists have had to use children's appliances to take x-rays so that they would not hurt me. Needless to say the mouth guard is not at all what it should be

It was very easy to take the impression of my front teeth. Very sturdy with enough flexibility. Thicker than my older dentist made night guard. Only concern was when I tried it on there was some tension in left incisor area. Not sure if it was my impression taking skills. So my teeth was a little sensitive in the morning. May need use and time to get used to. I have too long a front bridge with only incisors anchoring them so needed something to help keep away any teeth grinding at night. I still find my older guard more comfortable. But was happy about the price of new guard. Easy to put on and remove. Good delivery system - arrived as predicted.
