I placed an order on an item and after a few days I received an email that the item is only available via a custom order. I agreed to it only to receive an answer that custom order is not possible and if I would like to purchase something similar from the store. Meanwhile, this entire time the item is marked as in stock on their website. This is a bad business practice to drive traffic to a website by offering good prices on items that are out of stock hoping that customers will end up buying something else.

in general I am very satisfied with everything except my items inside the UPS box like my brake bands the box all undone the parts all jumbled and the UPS box was intact so conclusion the brake box had to be already opened before thank you for reading me a little disappointed

I ordered a hitch on the 14 of April and I had to call customer service on the 19th of April to find out if my order had been shipped yet as I hadn't received any tracking info yet. Customer service was pleasant to deal with but unfortunately she was unable to tell me anything other then she'd look into it and send me an email Monday.

Website is easy to use asks all the info about your vehicle to find what fits. You place an order expecting a email confirming shipment. Problem is you recieved a email asking all the same information. Even when the parts you you order have no prerequisites for the information. Orders parts a week ago and still waiting for a shipping confirmation. Emailed the information they requested did not receive a follow up.
