There is a national supply shortage by the supplier for the color ribbon. This is a great workaround until the color ribbon can be delivered. Received shipment 3 days from order date. I'm ordering more to keep on hand as a backup.

I had a bad FUJI tape in the first batch I purchased several months ago, and hopefully this batch is better. One other thing, the tapes don't come with labels, which is just down right annoying. So if they are skimping on labels, what other corners are they cutting? So,this is the last chance for FUJI.

Thank you for the positive review, we appreciate you and your business.
Regarding the issues you had with a possible defective tape, Fujifilm (as well as the other LTO tape manufacturers) has a limited lifetime warranty on their LTO tapes. They are warranted to be free of defect for the lifetime of the tape. If you have a bad tape, please reach out to us and we will put you in contact with our FUJI support rep. Regarding the labels, unfortunately all the manufacturers have stopped putting the labels in the packaging. They found that most of the customers were not using the labels and threw them away. Should you need labels when you order tape, we can include some blank labels for you. Just let us know when you place the order.

Ordered a fargo dtc1250 e badge printer from them and also programmable cards. Prices were lowest i could find. Shipping was quick and they were very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the printer i got seemed defective. After recontacting them a couple of times they were able to RMA and overnight a new one. At least they contact you back in a speedy manner and also were able to stasify what I was requesting. I would recommend and will use them for our company needs in the future.

I feel this is the best product out there for storing these larger tapes. It's sturdy and easy to carry. On my last order there was an issue with the case. I reached out to Tapeandmedia by phone. I was pleasantly surprised when Dave answered the phone. The issue was immediately corrected and I received my new case within a couple of days, along with a return label by email. Great customer service!
