Delivery options should've been given to me up front because we missed the delivery the first day. we were required to sign for the package and didn't hear UPS when he attempted delivery. So I had to make a number of calls and take a day off of work to figure out how I could be here to sign for the package. We lost one valuable day waiting for the item and our contractor was delayed one day to install. If I were given all delivery options up front I could've avoided this delay. Other than that we love our new tankless system and had a great experience with your company's service and product line!”
