I ordered some shocks and the site said 10+ in-stock. Almost a month later I had to call only to find out they are on backorder and possibly won't ship for another month and a half.

Hi Justin. We deeply regret the delay and any frustration caused. Most of the parts will always be in stock and they will be delivered on or before the estimated delivery date that has been provided. But some parts may incur this problem because of some stock discrepancy in our warehouse which is a rare phenomenon. We are actively working to better stock management and communication. Upon checking, your order got canceled and requested a refund. The refund should be processed to the original mode of payment within 3-5 business days. The refund should have been processed to the original mode of payment. Thank you.

Wasted 3 weeks trying to find a shop that would put on parts that they didn't order. Then the shop told me I ordered the wrong part. By the time I requested return authorization, it was past 30 and they accept return. MH

I am not happy at all about the product. I ordered it on February 2nd. To this day I have not received the product. When they said in the beginning they only take a couple of days. It's already been over a month. I am not happy with this company at all.

Purchased early Feb. Never got any information about order confirmation or shipping. Waited a few weeks and sent the company a message. Never heard back. Contacted PayPal asking for a refund as I had never received any conformation or shipping info. Finally got an order confirmation after the paypal dispute, but nothing about shipping. After almost a month they finally refunded my order. Still never knew if they planned to ship the product or even had the product. Customers truck had to leave the shop without the planned upgrades it came in for.
