Listen, I am an Emergency Room Physician and am very demanding, detailed oriented, and precise. (obviously, if I don't want my patients to die).
At the beginning of this process to purchase a bond I had no idea what to do. This was a somewhat complicated case with attorneys and other escrow and title people needing to be involved and a lot of attention and coordination. They came through with flying colors and I don't give out these compliments very often.
Nowadays, unfortunately, we know how difficult it is to obtain helpful services from companies over the phone and by email. It rarely happens. From the very beginning and throughout the whole process, they had been very patient and prompt in their responses to any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of thread emails going back and forth, but they made it happen(and quickly) even though it entailed a lot of coordination between many people.
This experience could have turned out to have been like a root canal, instead, it turned into a 5-star spa experience by the end.
I can't thank you enough.
