Shopping experience good. these particular labels, can't speak for any others the company sells, just don't work as file labels. Shiny finish, can't write on them in pen as the ink doesn't dry and so they smudge They do not peel off Green is too dark to write on and have writing readable Paper is very thin compared to competitor products I am sure they are good for some customers but the marketing sales pitch shouldn't be selling them as removable file labels. I haven't got round to asking for a refund yet, I am overwhelmed at work, and having to search for alternatives is just another job I had to fit in. In the end, best ones, perfect for us, are Avery. The best service you could offer is for a buyer to be able to be able to order one label sample for test. Something that would be put into the ordinary post in a single envelope, then a full order can be placed confidently, no time/money/phone calls wasted, everybody wins.
