It arrived within a week. My husband thought the clear filter & blue filter were the same & he thought he had ordered correctly, but blue was 1/16th larger. The brackets & top were included, but he did have a plumber come to install it. It works great! We think maybe the freeze this year & rolling blackouts may have caused it to freeze although it was inside water heater closet on inside wall and cracked.
