Was charged for shipping after order was placed, confirmed, and billed to my payment source. Order confirmation says free shipping. Should have been contacted before being charged for shipping separately. Instead of receiving a Mountain Plumbing filter, I received an open box filter from a 3rd party manufacturer. Deceptive from start to finish.

We love this dispenser. It looks really nice on the countertop and is very easy to setup and install. It is very quiet and even when dispensing makes almost no discernible noise. Excellent overall value. The machine is very reliable and well built. For the price, this is the best dispenser you'll find anywhere and it's really good and fits very nicely in a modern clean kitchen.
