Product great/ shipping needs work. Bottle was not in a sealed bag or had a seal on it. Luckily it did not explode in shipping. There was also no packing material in box to prevent shifting during shipping.

Brightening shampoo arrived shipped with leaking top. Has continued to leak and stain possibly permanently in the shower on the stall wall. Leaking shampoo bottle shipped needs to be replaced with adequate non-damaging bottle/top or alternative product. How do I make that happen for issue to be corrected adequately.
