Based on other products this was a very good price. I just believe they are all overpriced. I gave the product a three because I haven't had time to evaluate it yet. But so far it works better than anticipated. \
I was only disappointed in the delivery time. I really needed it bad to take with us on our 5hr trip to have Chemo treatment. It was guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30am Although we needed to leave by 10:00am
We waited until 10:45 but no package. I had to find someone to stay at the house and had to use Bottles of Oxygen for the trip. It was approx. 1hr late. I think the over night shipping cost should be reimbursed to Med Clinic from Fed X.

FedEx overnight delivery was indeed such. Easy to follow directions for usage. This gives me freedom to travel & still have O2. Talking with airlines, they already knew of the Inogen brand---- they asked if it was 2or 3!

I spoke with Catherine and from reading the reviews, I knew I would be in the best hands. She answered my questions and got in touch with my Mother's Dr. .... before my purchase was even completed. :) I sent her the information for the Dr. and sent her another message and she said that she had already spoken with the Dr. and requested the prescription. That was very refreshing considering how often you get the runaround when dealing with Drs. My Mom received the unit and used it to sleep with that night, she woke up the next day and said, she felt like a new person ... her nose was not dried out from the constant air being blown into her nose. She was so happy that she can take trips to Myrtle Beach again. Thank you so Much!!!! :)

I kept looking at the ad for the gen. 3 portable oxygen system til one day I finally called. Courtney the rep was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It was delivered on time and now with the unit I have replaced toting 6 or 7 oxygen tanks with me not to mention having to connect and disconnect empty tanks which can be a problem if your at a function and its real quiet in the room....I always got a lot of people that thought a pioneer had exploded or something when I was changing tanks.....well now that problem is solved...thank you main clinic supply
