This is so much lighter than my G3 and my G5! It runs out faster, but it's perfect for a short trip or being outside. I have an extra battery I keep charged 'just in case' I may be gone longer than expected. I also use the car charger. I really like my G4!

Got an Inogen One G5 with the double cell battery for my mom to travel overseas with. It appeared new, well packaged, charged fine, received everything they promised in package, arrived in 1 day before noon as they promised, great customer service by Leo who was knowledgeable and professional. Best price from a well rated company is why i chose this company. Very happy with product and service. Hopefully, we will have no issues with the machine's functionality when my mom begins using it.

Everything went very well from beginning to end. Courtney was very responsive. The only slight issue is that the Inogen G5 compressors are a little noisier than I expected, despite the Inogen promotional material and the customer reviews saying how quiet it was. The motor is very quiet, but the compressors make little popping sounds. However, this is the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Main Clinic Supply. Your company did a great job.

There was quite a bit of back and forth with my oxygen supply company. Courtney was patient as I worked through all the issues. It took several weeks. She was not pushy, but let me know she was available when I made my decision. After the company here, once again, gave me the run around I phoned Courtney and made the purchase.
