Leo has a lot of patience as he put up with me texting and calling him with questions for a couple of days. I was limited to a couple, as I wanted a portable one, but I need to have continuous flow at night. I received my purchase this morning so looking forward to going away for a couple of nights next month. I would definitely recommend as they seem to be very knowledgeable.

Leo Castro, sales rep. was excellent. The G6 weighs 4.7/4.8 which is heavy for me. I think this is going to be a problem for me because I use a walker to get around.

It is a real joy to call a business and have a real person answer the phone. A person who knows the product, and can answer your questions and doesn't have to transfer you to someone else where you wait, and wait. After answering my questions and taking my order he encouraged me to transfer to a person in maintenance and told me my call would be taken right away, which it was. This person diagnosed my problem just listening to my machine over the phone. I am 90 and have a hearing loss and find it difficult to communicate when English is the persons second language. Having a person who spoke English and I didn't have to spell every word added to making this an excellent experience.
