I tried to apply for the free shipping label on the 12th to return my purchase for 1 size smaller but still have not received any communication on the status. I really do not want to purchase my own UPS label and I have needed these shoes for work for over a week. Is it possible to send you pictures to confirm the quality before shipment so I can get the new size sooner? This whole process has made me second guess my purchase to begin with.

I would like better communication in regards to getting a return shipping label. I applied for one over a week ago and still have not heard anything. I have needed these shoes for work for over a week and this has really put me in a bind.

The boot feels a little tight on the bridge of my foot and is not as comfortable for sustained walking as I had hoped. I have a narrow heel and it has a tendency to ride up and down some. I am hopeful that as I break them in that I will have less blistering. I have already had to add a gel insert to keep my feet from throbbing. The quality of the boot is quite good, maybe I would have been better off with the wide toe version. I do feel that the overall quality off the boot was worth the price, but I just need a little time to break them in.

The initial process was good. I received up to date emails on my purchase. I did find it annoying that I had to remember my password and log-in to check on the status. My boots fit well enough that I have not had to consider returning them. Overall, I would say that I am satisfied with my purchase.

I've ordered Nautilus shoes before. I ordered shoes that were an inch larger and they were too big. Therefore, this time I ordered an inch smaller (my true size) and they feel too small. I thought they would give a little after wearing them for a couple of days, but they haven't. The last pair (different style) did however.

This is a great shoe. It is about a half size too small which is a bit disappointing. The quality of the shoe is exceptional however.

Everything fits well, but the insole isn't comfortable, which means I now have to buy a static dissipative insole (about $30) on top of the price of the shoes to make these shoes work long term.
