I exchanged these because they were gigantic. I ordered my usual shoe size and my heels kept popping out and there was over an inch of space in the toe box. I exchanged them for a full size down because of how huge they were. The next pair was way too tight. Now I'm awaiting my 3rd pair which I had to pay to exchange and hoping I can wear them to work.

This shoe didn't work out for me as I ordered it in my size and it said it was my size when I received it, but when tried on it felt like a whole size too big. Also, it was very uncomfortable and too wide. Now, I do have narrow feet, but I had initially made my order based on other people's reviews and they said they were true to size. I've had other Pumas and can attest to this being the case, but maybe it's different for safety shoes... Oh well. I'm sure it's a good safety shoe if you don't have narrow feet and you order it in your size and expect it to be bigger.

There are adaquate reviews on products and the delivery time is reasonable... However, I wish it wasn't such a hassle to return/exchange items in your order. Finding the needed paperwork and printing them is fine, but having to call and request a UPS label multiple times and never receiving it makes returning and or exchanging items within my order near impossible! Just make sure you order the right products in the right size the FIRST time and you'll be happy with your experience overall!
