Very comfortable and comes with jelly like insoles. These are the most comfortable steel toes i have found yet, especially being wide footed. I will def be purchasing more in the future when these are done!

Even though I ordered a wide the shoe still felt tight.

I received my order as promised. I had no reason to contact customer service because the instructions for a return were easy to follow from the website. The only issue was for a size wide these shoes were too tight.
