Came in large and had to cut down to size. These are made for heel walkers and i walk on my balls of my feet so very little cushion.

I Use these shoes every day but the the timberland Pro anti- fatigue the shoes are way to tight I had to go with a thinner insole. and the shoes with the smaller insoles are still snug around the foot but the length is good.
