My husband works at a steel shop and is required to wear steel toe boots. These shoes are a much better option for him because he can just slip the shoes on without having to lace up boots or even tie them. They provide good support in the soles, which is important because he spends his entire shift walking on a concrete floor.

Shoes are comfortable, but I am unhappy with the durability of the top skin. I work in a harsh but dry environment. I gave up military boots for these and while the sole and heal appear to be holding up, the top skin is extremely soft and susceptable to scarring and bruises. I guess that I will continue to wear them until my toes poke through.
