The shoes look great and fit well. The customer service was awesome and they arrived at my door fast. The reason l gave it four out of five is because it is my first pair of shoes with memory foam and I'm waiting to see how they break in. They felt a little awkward the first day. It may change to 5 out of 5.

bought the shoe wore it for a couple of hours feel comfortable on the feet, I think my shoe is not made the same cause my right pinky toe keep hitting the inner sole of the shoe where the steel is at. i have no problem with the left shoe but the right is bothering me so bad when walking i keep jamming my toe so i will return for another one.

Super comfy shoe - the insoles are incredible. I'm not usually a wide size but I do tend to find them more comfortable so I went with my normal length size but with the wide option and they fit perfectly. The cap doesn't rub on my toe and there's no "clown shoe" look to them either. Look pretty good too. The heel is also reinforced which is nice.
