first pair could hardly get on the width was too tight. of course they didn't have a wide in that style so had to go with a different style (more money of course) they came width was good but length was too short. They wouldn't give a return label because I already used one on the order. HELLO I HAD TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SHOE THAT SIZED DIFFERENT!! So I boxed up and sent them back for a refund.. they sent them back because they were worn???????? They got them back in the same condition they sent them to me. Luckily someone at work bought them from me (for less than I paid) and I ordered the correct size from Amazon for $20 cheaper. Will not do business with steeltoes.com again!!!

The shoes fit a little tight on the top of my foot which was addressed by loosening the laces.

Toe area is not wide. But most important complaint of all: this is very hard to stand in; the soles are stiff and there is no cushioning, nor adequate arch support. There is absolutely NO room to add an insole, either. I can't get these off my feet fast enough at the end of the day. I have never had shoes that hurt this bad in all my 37 working years. I only kept them and continued to wear them for work because I was in a serious time crunch (safety requirement), otherwise I couldn't report into work until I had steel toe or comp toe shoes. There was no time to return them and order a different brand. I will NEVER buy Reeboks again.

Wasn't sure about the metatarsal being inside the shoe but they were still very comfortable to wear and my feet didn't hurt while breaking them in like most work shoes do. I would definitely recommend Reebok shoes in any work shoe.

I don't shop anywhere else for my steel toe shoes. There are always coupons and/or discounts when shopping or if you sign up for their email listings. I've bought steel toe boots here for the past 3 years and never had an issue before. The delivery is always incredibly fast as well.
