If you replace the insoles they are fine otherwise there is a small raised pad in the heel that creates uncomfortable pressure

I wear these shoes five days a week for at least ten hours per day. They are very comfortable and I am on concrete most of the day. My feet stay comfortable all day.

I am on my second pair and they wear well and are comfortable to wear. The ESD patch at the ball of the foot is noticeable as it is recessed but it is not unbearable even after eleven hour days. The toe is boxy and the shoes are secure but not tight.
