Stadri emblems is my #1 go to for patches. I have found their customer service as well as their product to be exceptional.

I had a vague idea in my head of three different patches I wanted, and had a lot of different artwork that I threw at the artists. The artists at Stadri we're very creative and yet worked within the bounds I gave them very skillfully. We went back and forth a lot of times as they fleshed out one idea after another and I tweaked it. Seeing an idea in real life is often different than how you imagine it. The artists were super patient and worked with me throughout the process.

One set of patches was mistakenly sent to me without Velcro, but they immediately fixed the problem with no extra charge. The customer service was top-notch!

Adrienne is the best! Always emails me back within 15 mins during business hours. I had one production issue that she fixed right away. Thank you for great service!

Fort Ancieint Earthworks and Nature Preserve has been working with Stadri emblems for 25 years. They create our Boy Scout patches that are given to scouts for community service work. A couple years ago, I sent a design for a patch "thinking" that since I had reordered so many times they automatically knew the text I needed with the patch. I receive the patch (after getting my approval) and there is the correct design with no text! I contacted Adrienne with Stadri Emblems. I explained my thought process and after consideration, they allowed me to reorder the patches at half price. THAT is the type of customer service all businesses and organizations relish to have with a company. They knew that in the end, it was my fault for approving the order and they could have said "tough luck", but they didn't. We now use their services for patches that we sell to the public. We have never used another patch company and we probably never will. They are kind, thoughtful and consider the future business of their customers.

This is at least the fourth year in a row that Stadri supplied customized patches for our Spring District Camporee. In each case, their "fabric/thread" interpretation of our initial design sketch was excellent. Any changes we had to make were incorporated very quickly and returned for approval. Their ability to modify a subset of the patches each year for a "staff" patch was equally quick, straight-forward, inexpensive and much appreciated. They met our deadline each year with plenty of time to spare as a result of these quick turn-arounds and attention to detail.

I have worked with Stadri for more than 10 years, and continue to return when I need patches. I am treated well each and every time.

I often have very specific requests for event patches and have to make several changes throughout the ordering process. Adrienne has been extremely helpful putting me in contact with artists and responding to my requests very quickly.

Stadri is the only patch supplier I have used since taking my job with the BSA and if the business practices stay the same I intend to continue using them in the future.

Good customer service. Had a small issue with the sample as one line of stitching just didn't look correct. Contacted and explained the issue, had the corrected sample 3 days later.

Stadri was very helpful in making & modifying custom designs for our Scout group. pricing was very good as was the turnaround time to get the finished patches. I look forward to our next order.
