Overall very happy but I do think sending emails out saying the domain 'has expired' weeks before the expiration date is a little over the top. Esp. as the expiry date doesn't carry forward so if some panicked and renewed very early it would in effect be costing extra money (is they wud lose maybe a month from the old cert). Shud say 'ids going to expire on'. Similarly, sending out emails saying the domain 'has expired' after it has been renewed is also a bit annoying, and sloppy from a coding point of view.
But having said that the service and prices are great so thanks !

Have used this company a couple of times. Cheapest SSL certificates I could find. 3 year Comodo Positive SSL for $27. You might think the cheap price would be reflected by cheap support, apparently not.
I raised a support ticket - for assistance with domain verification - which was replied to within about 5 minutes! They sent me onto their live chat where i was able to resolve the issue minutes later.
