I wasn't contacted that my part was on back order. Only after i received the other part, and then called Ground Up, that I was informed my part was on back order. Also, they weren't able to give me an estimate on time of arrival, for my part.

One of the handles doesn’t sit level it’s either pointed up or down the splines are off a little bit. Still works great and are very nice parts.

shipping is SLOW Came a day late. Easy install,Fit was good. Medallion emblem on both door panels were placed uneven, Not Cool. I won't order anymore from Groundup.

promo code had to be sent twice before I got it. Saved searches don't work. Your selling Items that are on back order, the its a major pain to get money returned. Late shipping, also Emblems on door panels sent were not even, they were of about 1/8th Looks bad.

Can you label "louver" as "emblem". The fender louvers are hard to find.

This part is great and the price was very very good my only drawback was price of shipping but I know gas prices are up. That was my only drawback, I think I could have made a larger order for free shipping but I wanted this project complete
