I had my caire freestyle comfort for 1 week it was working great. i received the double cell battery on thursday 9/16/21 ( it was a backorder) as i was going out of town on saturday I made sure my after coming home on friday 9/17 to charge by battery and after that one was fully charged took the new battery that arrived and started to charge that so i had everything ready to go for saturday morning. I went to bed when i got up i check to see how the new battery had charged and Low and behold nothing No Charge, dead Screen, I switched out the double battery for the single, as i knew that was fully charged and nothing. So I tried calling the company but was quite annoyed that there is no one available on the weekends. On Monday morning at 8.15 MT (where they are located and open at 8 am) Carlos the customer care rep called me. I explained the whole thing and he said they would send me out a new unit and see if that worked . I had thought the battery was bad as it worked prior to me getting it, but it definitely blew out the screen. I received my new unit today 9/22 and charged both batteries and they are all working. I did have to call as they did not send the return label as stated but carlos did email it to me right away.
