By and large, I am very happy with Sprott. However, I am worried about internet privacy. You send unprotected monthly statements about my account by e-mail which any skilful hacker could intercept. I am probably not one of your bigger customers but I don't think that those high net worth people would appreciate the extent of their investments being exposed. With our insane prime minister, how long until he decides that holding gold is illegal (like FDR) and decides to act on this information that hackers can access? Maybe old-fashioned paper statements by snail mail are the best.

My order was shipped out late in the week, so it sat in transit over the weekend. I would prefer items ship early in the week so delivery is more secure. Other than this detail, ordering and shipping occurred smoothly.
