I received the wrong item for my car. Steve at Mini was excellent at assisting me but the correct Sprint Booster unit was not in stock so I am waiting (2 weeks) for the correct unit to become available.

Wrong item sent. I ordered for my 2017 Audi Q5 4cyl and it did not fit. Steve at Mini was very helpful and it turns out that the correct unit is not in stock. So having to wait 2 weeks for delivery of the correct Sprint Booster.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this product to be shipped. Not very impressed so far. I hope the product works better than order fulfillment!
