Package arrived earlier then promised and assembled within a week of delivery by the most curious young man. We are having so much fun on our new trampoline.

My oldest insisted that in order to practice tumbling the trampoline had to be a Springfree. Went with the biggest they had to accommodate 3 children including an active competitive cheerleader. Would definitely not complain if it were cheaper but a good setup nonetheless. A little disappointed that the referral card that comes with the trampoline will give a friend or neighbor free installation, but offers no incentive for me since mine is already delivered and self installed.

issue on purchase page where it would not let us click next, no error to tell us what was wrong, either had not clicked somewhere or didn't select option on the ground anchors which seemed to fix it. An error message would have been helpful

This by far was the best Christmas gift our 5 children got this year! We have kids ages 3-11 and every one of them will not stop jumping! Even the neighborhood kids are joining in on all the fun. My daughter pointed out that half of the kids have their own traditional trampoline but they chose to come to our house and use ours. Bonus for mom and dad is that we feel safe knowing they are enjoying such a well made and safe product. I also would like to add how wonderful the delivery men were. This was a surprise for our kids and they helped make it so fun, stating that they were “here to drop off a load of dirt” Although my 3yr old twins were somewhat disappointed when they found out it wasn’t actually a truckload of dirt. They soon got over it when the trampoline was fully assembled and they could bounce their hearts out! If you are considering this product don’t wait! It will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made!

We purchased the 13' Jumbo Square for Christmas. We also got the Flexrstep and the Flexrhoop. I originally ordered the large oval, but 12 hours later called and upgraded to the Jumbo. I'm so glad that I did. The jumbo square is the perfect size for our yard, and it has 5 sweet spots for prime bouncing, more than any other. The bounce it provides is better than a traditional trampoline or those at the trampoline parks. My husband and I debated getting a trampoline for over a year and finally decided that if we were going to do it, we had to get the safest trampoline made. Aside from all of the noted safety features, this trampoline is super high quality. I am sure it will look just as good in 10 years. We opted to assemble it ourselves. It was very straightforward between the videos and the written instructions. It does take quite a bit of strength though to secure the rods. It only took us about 90 minutes to unbox and assemble it. While we had reservations about a trampoline of any type in our backyard, we are confident that with some ground rules, this can be a source of fun, fresh air, and exercise for at least a decade.

Our experience was perfect! We ordered on the last night of a sale, and when I decided to upgrade the size the next morning, they honored the original sale package. Our trampoline was delivered before Christmas as promised. The parts were all safely packed and clearly marked. Instructions were provided and clear. I would definitely recommend the product and the company.

We've only had it for a few weeks, but we have been happy with the purchase. It has more bounce than the other trampolines we've used. I feel confident in the safety features. With watching the videos, it wasn't too difficult to set up ourselves. The white rods were pretty tough, and you should expect to need 2 strong adults to get them in place, one pulling and one pushing.

Made it here by my sons Birthday ! Wonderful company. Needs better tie downs though these are a nightmare to put in and pull up every time you mow. Need something that stays low on the ground and you can strap over bar. Pul strap off snd mow over ground anchor.
